General terms and conditions of sale
Unless written agreement, our sales or deliveries are subject to the following conditions:
1. We try to bring these general terms and conditions to your attention. Because it states what we want to do for you and what we expect from you. If you have ordered something from us or are planning to do so.
2. Sometimes we indicate separate conditions for a product. These general terms and conditions also apply in that case. If the different conditions contradict each other, you choose the most favorable one for you.
3.We only deliver to EU countries. If you provide a delivery address in another country, we may refuse your order.
4. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are not 18, we ask that you have your parent or legal guardian place the order. If we know that an order has been placed by a minor, we can and may refuse this order.
5. Placing an order on our website constitutes explicit acceptance of our general terms and conditions, which are always available via our website.
6. The prices stated on the site are target prices valid on the date of issue. These prices may be adjusted by us at any time without prior notice.
7. All prices include VAT.
8. All orders will be processed after full payment has been made.
9. You have the right to cancel your order before it has been paid for. You can inform us of your decision by email info@deboscheik.com .
10. We have the right to cancel the order that has not been paid within 48 hours.
11. All goods remain our property until full payment has been made and before they are dispatched.
12. Shipments are made at the customer's risk and expense, unless stated otherwise. Any objection or comment against our invoices or our goods must be submitted by registered letter within seven days of receipt to be admissible.
13. All orders are processed and shipped once a week, on Tuesdays. If the standard shipping day is a national holiday, shipping will take place on the next business day. If an item is out of stock on the earliest possible shipping date, we will ship it later according to the shipping plan. We will also inform you about this.
14. Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may result in additional costs.
15. In case of damaged shipments, the customer must note this on the transport documents. Any complaints regarding the delivery must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
16. Delays cannot give rise to partial or complete cancellation of the purchase or to any compensation.
17. All collection costs are borne by the buyer.
18. We are a small company and all products are made to order only. We ensure that everything is made and prepared fresh and of good quality. That is why we do not accept returns..
19. If you choose to pay by credit card, the amount will be debited from your card immediately after your confirmation of payment. All credit and debit card transactions will be charged at the point of sale. Online payments are made using secure protocols. All online payments are subject to the general terms and conditions of the external payment platform operator, who also bears sole responsibility for the correct execution of all online payments. De Boscheikt cannot under any circumstances be held responsible or liable with regard to the handling of online payments or the storage and processing of the Buyer's confidential financial data.
20. If there is a force majeure situation, we may no longer be able to fulfill our obligations towards you. We will inform you of this as soon as possible. As soon as this force majeure situation is over, we will fulfill our promises. If this takes too long, you have the right to cancel your purchase. If you had already paid in advance, you will receive your payment back within 5 working days.
21. Force majeure are all circumstances beyond our will and control as a result of which we cannot fulfill our promises to you. This includes strikes, fire, business disruptions, energy disruptions, disruptions in a (telecommunications) network or connection or communication systems used or the unavailability of our website at any time, non-delivery or late delivery from suppliers or other third parties engaged.
22. If you have a complaint, let us help. We will try to do everything we can to resolve your complaint. Of course we have a procedure for that. If you have a complaint, please let us know quickly. Describe your problem as clearly as possible so that we can help you properly. You will receive an answer from us within 5 days at the latest. We will help you immediately or you will be told how much time we need to rectify it, with exceptions being cases of force majeure or our annual leave. 23. GDPR. In accordance with European privacy legislation, as a user of our webshop you have the right to ask us to delete your data or part of your data. We undertake not to pass on any personal data to third parties. All data that we store is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of our shop or for administrative purposes such as invoicing and following up on your orders.
24. Our website, texts, logos, photos, names and in general all our communications are protected by copyright. This means that you may not copy or reproduce our logo, website, photos, names and texts, etc. without our prior written permission.
